About the Firm

Our Michigan based firm provides ethics guidance and advice to practitioners and judges in all aspects of legal and judicial ethics. Our work includes preventive consultations with lawyers and law firms and representing lawyers in Attorney Grievance Commission investigations and prosecutions and judges in Judicial Tenure Commission investigations and prosecutions.  

We also provide expert witness services in connection with legal ethics issues and representation of Bar applicants in Character & Fitness matters.

In addition, we represent individuals and businesses being investigated or prosecuted for criminal offenses in state and federal courts, at trial and in appellate proceedings, including in connection with allegations of criminal and civil contempt.
